A remote modeling and coordination partner for your European project. Our Pune-based team focuses on Scan to BIM, MEP modeling and clear technical handovers.
ASBUILDEXTECH supports architects, consultants, contractors and survey teams who need additional BIM production capacity. Germany and Luxembourg are priority markets for our Scan to BIM and MEP project work. Our team operates from Pune, India, with project information and reviews exchanged remotely.
That arrangement works best when the package is clearly defined. Your team brings the source information, local project requirements and design responsibilities. We agree the modeling, coordination or documentation scope, the review points and the outputs needed by the next contributor. Country-specific requirements belong in that agreement, not in assumptions made after production has started.
Existing buildings
Scan to BIM
Bring your supplied point cloud into an agreed Revit modeling workflow for refurbishment, renovation or existing-condition coordination. Define the building zones, disciplines and required information before the model is developed.
Bring mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection models into a shared spatial review. Agree the clash rules, drawing package and decision owners so the coordination supports your project programme.
Share the relevant BIM execution plan, model naming rules, coordinate system, software version and required exchange formats. If your project uses IFC exchanges, confirm the receiving workflow and the information that must survive the handover. Project-specific requirements are reviewed before the proposed delivery is confirmed.
Reviews and responsibilities
Nominate the people who can answer modeling queries and approve coordination decisions. Agree review meetings, issue communication and revision deadlines around your working day. Define which decisions stay with the lead designer, local engineer or surveyor, so remote production does not blur responsibility.
Acceptance and change
Define what a reviewable issue contains, how comments are returned and which outputs close the package. If the source models, scan coverage or design scope change, review the effect on the commission. A clear revision record gives the receiving team a reliable picture of the information being issued.

Assess our work
Look closely at the systems.
Our brochure and project gallery include MEPF coordination, plant-room layouts and ceiling service routing, alongside architectural BIM examples.
For projects in Germany, share your building-services terminology and the relevant TGA coordination requirements. For projects in Luxembourg, identify the documents, model conventions and review language the receiving team expects. File naming, drawing notes and approval requirements should be confirmed with your project lead, rather than inferred from the country alone.
Our service pages and enquiry process are in English. If the commission requires translated documentation, a specific national standard or professional sign-off, include that requirement in the initial brief for review. BIM production support does not replace your appointed local designers, statutory approvals or site survey responsibilities.
For an initial discussion, send the project location, approximate scale, source-file information and target deliverables. For an existing building, describe the point-cloud coverage. For MEP coordination, identify the disciplines and reference models. That allows the conversation to focus on the actual package, its constraints and the information needed to prepare a proposal.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Germany or Luxembourg?
Our operating team is based in Pune, India. We focus on remote BIM delivery for European projects, particularly Germany and Luxembourg. Reviews, file exchange and the project schedule are agreed with your team.
Can our surveyor supply the point cloud?
Yes. Share the survey extent, available file information and a representative sample for review. Modeling starts from the data supplied, with any coverage gaps or interpretation questions identified as part of the scope discussion.
Can you work to our BIM requirements?
Send the requirements with your enquiry, including model conventions, software versions and required deliverables. We review the specific scope before confirming the commission. No national certification or universal standards compliance is implied.
What if we only need a defined package?
Specify the trade, building zone or deliverable that needs support. The proposal can define that boundary and its interfaces without treating the commission as an entire-building or whole-project appointment.
Tell us what your team needs to issue.
Point-cloud modeling, MEP coordination or a connected drawing package.
